Job Title: Managing Director based in Tajikistan
Job Summary/Purposes
Aishes biness development activities researching and developing marketing opportunities and ans; imementing sales ans; managing staff; achieving the requested targets; reporting to the higher management of pany.
Responsibilities:
Typical activities lude:
Ø Prepare biness an and annl budgets covering detailed volume and value estimates, (existing and new), distribution expansion, A&P budgets etc.
Ø Conduct periodic reviews of performance against an and re-establish forecasts.
Ø Manage negotiations with Biness Partners and supiers on core issues like gross margins, pricing stcture, distribution, advertising and promotional expenses, trade marketing, product and packaging development etc.
Ø Manage a marketing team and work closely with the Finance team to deliver the budgeted results of the division.
Ø Meet Market targets directing, coaching and controlling the activities of the Marketing team to ensure maximum brand exposure
Ø Directly responsible for controlling inventory and collection managing forecasting and ordering keeping in mind lead times variances, stockholding, payment terms etc.
Ø Identify and obtain relevant new biness to drive anizational growth.
Ø Develop, monitor, and amend Key Performance indicators to ensure effective understanding of the key Performance and actions required throughout your leadership team.
Ø Analysis the retail audit in Tajikistan territory;petitor activities; prepare SWAT analysis and build action an and imemented with the distributor.
Ø Ensure effective imantation of the Strategic Plan, regularly reviewing the Milestones and taking any appropriate corrective action.
Ø Responsible for launching new product in the targeted markets.
Financial:
Ø Negotiate prices, payment terms and products with existing and new Biness Partners
Ø Operational control on expenses, stock, debtors, creditors, exceptional ctomer transactions.
Ø Effectively manage Marketing and Trade Marketing budgets.
Ø Achieve monthly and annl P&L budgets
Organizational:
Ø Conduct regular market visit to review with Biness Partners performance against an, set period objectives, obtain feedback municate / pany highlights.
Ø Conduct appraisals for direct reports and monitor appraisals of all staff in the division, establishing training needs and ans to address these needs.
Ø Ensure clear Job Descriptions exist for all emoyees within the division, that Objectives are set and reviewed and periodic reviews of manpower capabilities petencies eted (in conjunction with HR)
Operational:
Ø Establish and manage monthly promotional activity calendar and A&P budgets thereof to drive profitable sales volumes
Ø Motivate and energize the sales team towards achievement of monthly objectives
Ø Maintain munication with Biness Partners. Work closely with the Finance and Logistics departments to ensure smooth coordination
Ø Pprehensive monthly reports to the Chairman to a defined format.
Achievements to be ished:
Ø Grow the branded biness in the key markets and achieve the anned growth in the other targeted markets in Tajikistan territory.
Ø Develop partnership with vario distributors in Tajikistan territory, and to cover the needed demand in the targeted area which guided to achieve the required growth in this area.
Ø Appointing new selected professional distributors in the Tajikistan.
Ø Achieve a Compound Annl Growth in Sales in Tajikistan
Achieve high market share in most of the major markets.
Main Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals is a
5 years’ experience in Pharmaceuticals products
